(Info release) Fall is a season of many glitters, although it may not seem like it. The same brightness that these two artists from Barcelona (Nachap and Fernando Lagreca) found in their recent collaboration for the Valencian label Sincopat (Baltimore – 2019) and have decided to continue here with this EP in which they investigate several sound paths, as if it were an Autumn walk.
The intro of the EP -Stand and Weep- announces with emotional choirs and its spoken word based on a famous 1932 poem by Baltimore author Mary Elizabeth Frye the beginning of the road, with some sadness we leave the sunny days of the Summer behind and we enter in the bright Autumn.
Autumn Glints, which gives its name to the EP, leaves no doubt that we must move forward, in all the orders of life a movement is necessary, although we know that at the end of it the Winter comes, we must not stop, and this is what the track tries to transmit with its melody, its arpeggios and the blunt base that permeates a new joy.
The road progresses, and although it is not easy, we must continue as in a Marathon, the race that costs well, although it allows us to cross the brightness of the landscape and reminds us of melodies and harmonies loaded with epic 90′s sonorities.
Quiet Birds sends the journey, another one that closes the pilgrimage through the bright Autumn lands through symbolic pads and ethereal arpeggios based on FM synthesis.

El otoño es una estación de muchos brillos, aunque no lo parezca. Los mismos brillos que estos dos artistas de Barcelona (Nachap y Fernando Lagreca) encontraron en su reciente colaboración para el sello valenciano Sincopat (Baltimore – 2019) y que han decidido continuar aquí con este EP en el que investigan varios caminos sonoros, como si fuera un paseo otoñal.
La intro del EP -Stand and Weep- anuncia con emotivos coros y su spoken word basada en un famoso poema de 1932 de la autora de Baltimore Mary Elizabeth Frye el inicio del camino, con cierta tristeza dejamos atrás los días soleados del verano y nos adentramos en el brillante otoño.
Autumn Glints, que da nombre al EP, no deja dudas sobre que debemos avanzar, en todos los órdenes de la vida es necesario un movimiento, aunque sepamos que al final del mismo venga el Invierno, no hay que detenerse, y esto es lo que el track intenta transmitir con su melodía, sus arpegios y la base contundente que impregna una nueva alegría.
El camino avanza, y aunque no es fácil, se debe seguir adelante como en una Marathon la carrera de fondo que si bien cuesta, nos permite recorrer los brillos del paisaje y nos hace recordar melodías y armonías cargadas de pica 90′s.
Finaliza el viaje Quiet Birds, outro que cierra el peregrinaje por las brillantes tierras otoñales mediante simbólicos pads y arpegios etéreos basados en síntesis FM.
