Way back in 1996, at the height of the widely acknowledged golden period for elec- tronic music, D-Saw a.k.a André Winter released a true classic on Hamburg’s highly influential Superstition label.

“Track 10:30″ stood the test of time, becoming widely regarded as a key moment in European techno music history, despite its modest impact at the time. Now, 20 years later, André revisits the source material courtesy of some killer remixes on Oliver Huntemann’s Senso imprint.

Hamburg’s own H.O.S.H. (Holger Behn) delivers an epic twist to the cut, widening out the spaces and adding his own tech-y signature to the original. Re.You offer up another flavour altogether, maintaining the iconic synth pulse of the source but introducing an infectious, driving groove.

dubspeeka throw a bit more grit in into proceedings with a tough, machine funk mix, while André Winter himself reworks his classic into a slow burning groover that effor- tlessly showcases the elements that make this track so timeless.

Corría el año 1996, para mucho uno de los momentos álgidos de una década imprescindible donde estilos como el techno vivieron sus mejores instantes de crecimiento  y divulgación, cuando el espigado D-Saw (ahora más conocido como André Winter) lanzó todo un clásico en un sello tan influyente en la escena como Superstition.

Se trataba de “Track 10:30”. Ahora dicho tema vuelve al candelero –para no ser menos también se editará en vinilo de 12”- demostrando lo bien que ha envejecido… eso que han pasado ya la friolera de 20 años. El renacer de “Track 10:30” viene además acompañado con remezclas de excepción a cargo de artistas como H.O.S.H. (Holger Behn), el británico dubspeeka y Re.You.

Un nuevo pulso entre Techno y house atlético ideal para cualquier pista de baile amante de lo oscuro y el underground que verá la luz gracias a Oliver Huntemann y su discográfica Senso Sounds a principios del mes de Marzo, 2016.
